Phone: Call us with your order at (715)-386-4452. We accept Discover, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express over the phone or you can mail us a check made out to Jason Wallace. We will mail the order after your check is received.
E-mail: Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the name listed under the item and let us know if you are requesting the item in a specific color. Also, if you would like the item personalized, please indicate how you would like it personalized. Please note all personalizing is done in black pen. Then mail us a check made out to Jason Wallace. Do NOT send credit card information via email. If you'd like to use a credit card for e-mail orders please either call us with that information or send a number where we can reach you.
Traditional Mail: Print and complete the order form and mail it to our address found at the top. Include a personal check, money order or credit card information. If you include your email address on the order form we will let you know when your order has been received and when it has shipped-please note that there may be a delay on snail mail orders during our busy show season. Please use the name listed under the item and make a note if you are requesting it in a specific color. If you would like the item personalized, please indicate how you would like it personalized. Please note all personalizing is done with black pen.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We ship via the USPS. We are able to ship most orders on receipt. If you are placing an order for an ornament with custom colors, please allow up to 2 weeks as we may need to cut and/or paint and varnish the ornament. If there will be a longer delay on your order we will notify you via email.
